We are really pleased to have welcomed Charlotte to the team this year as an Ecologist. She joins us from a consultancy in the South East of England where she developed a special interest in great crested newts.
She has worked across a wider range of projects, from small householder applications to large-scale housing developments. She has previously conducted surveys for great crested newts, bats, dormice, reptiles and wider Phase 1 and UK Habitats surveys.
Like many consultants, she is now branching out into Biodiversity Net Gain assessments, and is looking forward to honing her skills in this area over the coming months as this becomes a mandatory requirement.
Charlotte is a real asset to the Lakeway team, and she will be out and about on surveys over the coming months.
